2015 Annual team retreat – Hosted by Principal Mark Guthrie. The teams of Ray White Cranbourne and Cheltenham fully immersed themselves into their annual retreat over 2 days recently. Conducted at the Kinglake Ranges Wilderness Park the activities consisted of a survivor style course with plenty of bonding activities, physical challenges and thought provoking opportunities. Everything from communication lessons, rope challenges over water, a 6 am meditation and personal contemplation session, trust and sessions, plus our survivor tribal council meeting under the stars were just some of the activities packed into a very full 2 days. Plenty of lessons were learnt, relationships created, and fun had and there will be plenty of benefits for individuals as well as the company for the future.
