Melbourne house prices record lowest quarterly growth since 2012!

Only four capital cities saw an increase to their median house price, according to the Domain March Quarter 2018 House Price Report, which was released on Thursday.

Despite some cities seeing growth, the national median fell by 1.2 per cent to $809,201.

Melbourne

New median house price: $914,518
Change: Up 0.1 per cent
New median unit price: $505,861
Change: Up 0.7 per cent
