Local Market Update November 2016

Our team at Ray White Cheltenham have been very busy in November and are on track to finish the year very strongly in all departments. Our auction numbers were strong throughout the month and we enjoyed a number of successful mid-week twilight auctions also. These were a great opportunity for buyers to attend with no other conflicting auctions being held, neighbours were also able to enjoy the relaxed nature of the auction on a balmy night and vendors were reassured that their property was the only focus for buyers on the day. The results were evident in the success with all twilight auctions selling and all well above reserve prices. The month was also a great success for Kevin and Aaron with outstanding individual results and also setting a new office record.  Lots of hard work and dedication saw these results, well done guys.

The rental department remained busy during the month and welcomed Alexandra to assist with the work load and maintain our high levels of customer service. We had a number of successful campaigns with landlords being able to choose from a number of applications on their properties, often after a short but very successful campaign. The festive time of the year may be upon us but it doesn’t stop our hard working team from ensuring they work through the rent reviews, routine inspections and condition reports.

We still had some time left in the month for some fun with Sam and Mark enjoying a rally driving experience as a reward for a recruitment lead and the usual drinks and dinners to celebrate outstanding results.

Until next month,
