Kevin Chokshi set an office record in May with commission exceeding $100,000 for the month as a result of some outstanding auction results. Happy buyers, ecstatic vendors and a very content Kevin were the result. One auction sold a whopping $230,000 over the reserve price. In the process the team also set a new record for the month too.
