Marcia Edwards

Marcia began her career in real estate in 2008 as a receptionist, before joining the Ray White Cranbourne family in 2014 as the Leasing Consultant. 

Over the years, she has had the opportunity to work across many different areas of the business and industry, including leasing, property management, operations, customer care and recruitment. Along the way, Marcia completed a Diploma in Human Resources before stepping into her current role as HR Manager for both Ray White Cranbourne and Ray White The Bayside Group.

Having experienced many different facets of the industry, Marcia has developed an understanding of the people, challenges and opportunities that come with working in real estate. She is passionate about building strong relationships, and believes that positive connections are an important part of a successful business.

Marcia is extremely passionate about Ray White and its people and enjoys being part of a business where she can support, connect with and help others grow.

Outside of work, Marcia enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, prioritising health and fitness, and catching up with friends over brunch.
