Kristina Mercoulia

Kristina was born and raised in Glen Waverley, beginning her schooling at Mount View Primary and continuing at Glen Waverley Secondary College. After completing her VCE, she furthered her studies at RMIT, earning a Diploma in Business Administration.

With over 10 years of experience within the Ray White Group, Kristina’s real estate career began in Property Management, supported by a strong background in customer service, sales, and retail management. Now joining the team at Ray White The Bayside Group, Kristina brings extensive expertise in Property Management and Business Development.

Her deep knowledge of the local market, combined with her personable approach, ensures that clients feel at ease while receiving expert guidance on their investment properties.

Outside of work, Kristina enjoys calisthenics, spending time with her husband, son, and daughter, visiting the beach, and watching soccer. She also stays active by going to the gym, walking, and, of course, shopping!
