She began her career in FMCG Brand Management before moving into Education, and later built strong experience in operations and customer service within the Construction Sector. This varied journey has equipped her with strategic insight, adaptability, and a genuine passion for supporting people in achieving their property goals.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing, a Postgraduate Certificate in Education, and a Certificate IV in Real Estate, Charleen combines academic knowledge with practical expertise. She is committed to continual growth and values building meaningful, lasting relationships within her community.

Out of the office Charleen's focus is on her family - enjoying what nature has to offer, the beach, adventuring and cosy movie nights at home.
